These terms govern the SMS text-messaging program operated by Casa Marcovici (the private household of the Marcovici family).
Our SMS program is a private, conversational service used to coordinate household matters — such as scheduling, pickups, logistics, and reminders — between the household and its family members and staff. Messages are sent and received through an assistant on the household’s behalf. This is not a marketing or promotional program.
You are added to this program only after you directly and knowingly provide your mobile number and agree to receive messages. There is no public sign-up; recipients are known individuals who have consented.
Message frequency varies based on household needs and your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge you for messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us at julie@casamarcovici.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
